What Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

Account Information

Your email address and name when you create an account
Authentication data managed securely via Supabase

Photos and Listing Data

Photos you take or upload to generate listings
Listing content including titles, descriptions, prices and condition
Photos are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI analysis and are not stored by us permanently

Platform Connections

If you connect your eBay account, we store the OAuth tokens required to publish listings on your behalf
We do not store your eBay password

Subscription and Payment

Payments are processed by Apple via in-app purchase — we never see your card details
Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat
We store only whether your account has an active Pro subscription

Crash reports and performance data via Expo

Supabase

Anthropic (Claude AI)

Your photos are sent to Claude AI to identify items and generate listing content. Images are processed and not retained by Anthropic beyond the request. Privacy policy →

Manages your subscription status. Receives your anonymised user ID and purchase events. Privacy policy →

eBay

How Long We Keep Your Data

Your account and listing data is kept for as long as your account is active
If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days
Photos sent for AI analysis are not stored by Zetooni after the listing is generated
eBay requires us to process account deletion requests — we comply within 30 days

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
Deletion — request that we delete your account and all associated data
Portability — receive your data in a portable format
Objection — object to how we process your data
Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data

Children's Privacy

Zetooni is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We take security seriously. Your data is stored using Supabase with row-level security, meaning each user can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API keys are never stored in the app — they are kept server-side only.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have concerns about your account security, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice.

Continued use of Zetooni after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
